Sarah & Josh Hartman are the heart of this company and along with their family are excited to be able to serve you! Just as growing their family has been a huge blessing it has been their joy to expand their long-term rental business and offer short-term rentals too.
Josh and Sarah’s hometown of Kokomo, IN is where it all started for the long-term business. Turning their previously owned homes into rentals for others to enjoy.
The short-term market dream began after many vacations traveling as a family. Why not put their skills to use providing homes for travelers? The Carmel area is one of their favorites in Indiana and they are glad to offer a home nearby for others to effortlessly enjoy.

Continue to provide welcoming, reliable and enjoyable properties to our long-term renters in the Kokomo homes. Keeping up with all maintenance needs timely and with quality.
Near future will be to acquire more long-term rental properties by subleasing locations and managing the property ourselves.
Farther into the future, we will provide long-term rental options such as dormitories and apartment buildings in Kokomo, Bloomington and Lafayette.
Short term rental Vision
Work diligently and continue earning 5 stars for our service to the guests in the Charming Colonial and the 1910 Craftsman in 2025.
Near future will be to acquire more short-term rental properties in desirable locations throughout the state of Indiana.
Farther into the future, we will provide vacation homes for rent in some of our own favorite vacation destinations. Florida, Tennessee, who knows possibly Barcelona – we want to serve you there too!
